AB/Core Challenge #3 - Summer 2012. This AB Challenge is a 15 minute challenge. I'll go through three different exercises and your job is to complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. AB Challenge #3 contains some upper body work and cardio...so we are getting the whole body involved!
