Benefits Of Juicing
I was so skeptical of juicing. I thought this was another health trend that would soon go away....similar to the Low Carb diet. Boy, was I wrong. After researching juicing, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a juicer. Now, I am obsessed!! I juice everyday and love it! I couldn't be happier about my purchase. I feel SO much healthier and get the necessary nutrients from juicing everyday. As a Pilates instructor, most of my meals are on the go. This is an easy way to "eat" on the road or in the studio the healthy way. Juicing has SO many great benefits.
