Breakfast – Oatmeal w/Bananas + Blueberry
At Pilates South Texas our goal is to service our clients to the benefit of their health. There are days that I start instruction at 6:00 AM and end at 10:00 PM. That's why I make a priority to have my morning oatmeal so that I have the stamina to fuel my body efficiently throughout the day.
Blueberry & Banana Steel Cut Oatmeal
- 50/50 blend of Steel Cut and Multi-grain Oatmeal
- 1/2 Banana per serving
- 1/3 cup of Blueberries per serving.
Follow the instructions for the brand of Oatmeal you're using. I usually make a minimum two servings based on the instructions. Boil on the stove or microwave as either cooking method works. Spoon into serving bowls. Top with sliced Bananas and Blueberries.
