So you've been logging in long hours at the gym, cardio and weight routine are balanced. Your diet is just right but you just can't seem to get that scale to go any further! Do you dare have a cheat day? One day a week where you can indulge in a meal or 2 that won't break the diet. It doesn't have to be a devil of a decision to make. In fact, shocking your metabolism, making it work a little harder might give your body that little weight loss boost its looking for. Just remember that it doesn't mean carry on bad eating the next day. It means take a day a week and enjoy your favorite food, guilt free!
