This is my favorite filling breakfast or mid day snack. No need to feel anything but nourished because it is healthy!! Chia Pudding... Mmm! In Mason jar
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut water
- 1 table spoon raw cacao powder (optional)
- Add 1/3 cup chia and swirl
Put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Layer with bananas or your favorite fruit or seeds!
