#FastFit // Irresistible Chia Pudding

This is my favorite filling breakfast or mid day snack. No need to feel anything but nourished because it is healthy!! Chia Pudding... Mmm! In Mason jar

  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 table spoon raw cacao powder (optional)
  • blend
  • Add 1/3 cup chia and swirl

Put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.  Layer with bananas or your favorite fruit or seeds!
