With summer in full swing and the 4th of July just around the corner, sipping on something cold and delicious is necessary. But you don't want to sacrifice your hard work. You can still indulge without spending extra hours in the gym with my favorite version: "The Greyhound." The Greyhound -

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka of choice (keep it around 70 proof to minimize the calories)
  • Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice (roll grapefruit to get juicy then cut and squeeze)
  • Top with Soda water
