Here is a body weight only workout using a few basic moves from my SHRED workouts. The key to making these drills work is to always focus on form first, using strength instead of momentum and working through your range of motion. This particular workouts is based on # of drills. You can use the first set as your warm-up if needed. If you are a more advanced fitness junkie, you keep your form and time yourself on each round. Push yourself a little harder with each consecutive round. These drills will focus on strength, balance, endurance, flexibility and power. Remember, keep your form throught all of the drills.
