Mid-Year Resolution

As summer winds up, I find myself motivated and excited to welcome fall.  This time of year has always felt like I'm starting a new year. 

The weather is gorgeous, everyone is back from vacations, school is back in session.  

I've always believed, why wait until cold and gloomy January to make a New Year's Resolution? 

Now is the perfect time to start and learn new things! Resolutions do not require extreme and drastic measures. 

Too often we give ourselves strict rules in order to improve ourselves and end up feeling defeated. The key is to be realistic and truthful with yourself. 

If you're choosing to boost your workout or vowing to eat better, start at a pace that works for you. And don't ever beat yourself up if you slip, just get right back on track immediately. You will find that making small steps will quickly give you the stamina to increase those steps.  Don't forget to do all new things in style!  It always feels great when you look great!! 

Pick to do something you enjoy and really have fun with it! 

Enjoy being a better you!
