Monday Meals // Avocado Toast
My recent food obsession is avocado - especially because it's in season! Full of heart-healthy fats and vitamins, avocado can reduce the signs of aging, regulate blood sugar and improve eye health. Its smooth creamy [amazing] taste can curb any craving. Simple avocado toast can be eaten any time of the day. I love eating it for breakfast--sometimes even more than once a day! > 2 pieces toasted bread (Ezekial for wheat-free diets)
> A tablespoon of vegan mayonnaise > Sea salt
> Half a mashed up avocado
Grab an iced coffee or tea with it and you will stay satiated for hours - enjoy!
