Sometimes it is hard to stay on track with eating healthy when the temperatures outside start to dip. When we give into those decadent cravings our bodies are more susceptible to catching a cold. Stay healthy, fight the flu, and satisfy your craving for a hearty meal with this one:
Chicken and tofu stir-fry with pineapple in a burnt honey caramel sauce over carrot noodles.
In the sauce:
- peanut oil
- chili flake
- soy sauce
In the stir fry:
- savoy cabbage
Tip: Use a vegetable peeler to make the carrot noodles. Keep rotating the carrot as you peel to ensure consistency.
