I love kale anyway I can get it. For those of you who have not been charmed by this wonder vegetable yet, or are looking for a new way to prepare it, try out this dish. It is dinosaur kale with roasted cauliflower and romanesco covered in an egg-less Caesar dressing.
In the dressing: parmigiano reggiano, garlic, anchovy, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley.
p.s. If you’re dressing breaks, stabilize it with some of the roasted cauliflower
