Some days we need more protein than others. Here’s a dish loaded with protein & veggies for one of those days. Miso glazed black cod over great northern beans, bok choy, and broccoli and a mizuna salad. Glaze: white miso, soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and sugar. Beans: garlic, onion, celery, carrot, onion, tomato, thyme, olive oil, and salt. Salad dressing: rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and peanut oil.
