Caper Halibut Halibut is not only a nutrient-dense fish but a great source of high quality protein. It is also rich in a significant amount of nutrients, including: selenium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamin B12, niacin, and B6. However most importantly its greatest health benefit is its source of omega-3 essential fatty acids. Halibut is very simple to cook and there are infinite ways to prepare this fish. Here is a simple one for you: Salt and pepper your filet. Warm a skillet and add a spoon of grass fed butter. Pan fry the Halibut for a few minutes on each side. On a separate skillet, pan fry Capers in olive oil. Add the Capers on top the Halibut once plated.
