Next Level Holiday Workout Challenge

~No equipment needed~

Alright guys, it’s that time of the year when we get lazy and start giving up on our workouts. Don’t be caught victim!! Lets look awesome in our sparkly Christmas and New Years attire. If you are visiting relatives who live in remote locations with no gym over the holidays, you are going to need this bad boy!! Whether you are in a hotel, next to your christmas tree, outside, you can do this ANYWHERE! You won’t need anything but a game face! It’s my challenge to finish this workout 3 times before Christmas: Start by warming up with some jumping jacks, a stretch, or some burpees. I mean why not? Just make sure your bod is ready to go!

 

Complete Three Rounds:

  •  45 Seconds of work (for each exercise)
  • 15 Seconds rest (between each exercise)

 

C –Curtsy Lunge

H -High knees (or tuck jumps for advanced)

R -Reverse crunches

I –Incline pushups (or decline for advanced)

S -Situps

T -Tricep Chair Dips

M  -Mountain Climbers

A – Alternating Superman

S – Squat Jumps
