My fitness resolution this year is to build strength with flexibility! Yoga classes... especially power and Bikram are great compliments to my other workouts. I'm realizing more and more the importance of lengthening and strengthening through regular yoga practice. I'm giving up other workouts in order to stay consistent. I'm learning that the discipline in yoga helps in every other aspect of my life too... physically, mentally, socially and emotionally. I encourage you to try a yoga class if you're looking to build strength and increase flexibility.
