Same Routine, Same Body... New routine, New Body
Going to the same gym, performing the same weight routine, doing the same cardio circuit can cause severe boredom as well as limiting your results. A great way to get out of your normal workout rut is to take one day a week and try something new. For example, have you ever wanted to fly on a trapeze? Dance the salsa? Or climb a rock wall? What about competing in a boot camp or going to a circuit training class like Burn 60? Keeping your workouts new and fresh eliminates boredom and increases your metabolism, while burning more calories. Weather getting nicer out where you live? Take fitness to the local park; do step-ups and tricep dips on the park bench, push-ups and walking lunges in the Sandbox. Get creative and watch it pay off!
