Summer Dish // Spicy Tuna Tacos

  • Fresh Ahi or Sushi Tuna
  • Pickled ginger/sushi ginger
  • Avocado slices
  • Radish
  • Jalapeno peppers
  • Salsa (as spicy as you like it)
  • Warm Corn tortillas.
  • Fresh Lime
  • Cilantro

Lightly coat Tuna with black pepper and sear in the pan to your desired wellness ( 2-3 minutes each side). Warm corn tortillas. I warm them directly over my gas stove, using tongs to flip every 15 seconds until warm ( you know they are ready when they get a little bit glossy, start to flatten, and lightly brown). Place cooked tuna on the warm tortilla and cover with ginger, radish, avocado, jalapenos, cilantro, salsa and fresh lime.
