Bring your magic circle to the beach! Magic Circle/Standing for beach body arms: Bring your magic circle to the side of your body placing your MC on your hip. Slightly bend your elbow with your wrist long and your fingertips reaching down. Using your bicep, breathe in and press your MC closer to your hip and hold for 3 counts. Exhale release for 3 counts. Repeat 10-12 times and switch sides.
Magic Circle Standing Squats for bikini ready legs: Stand with your feet hip’s distance from one another, your feet slightly turned out. With bent knees, place your magic circle between your inner thighs just above your knees. Stand tall keeping your knees bent. Inhale to grow taller, straightening your knees as you gently squeeze your Circle. Hold for 3 counts with straight knees, bend your knees for 3 counts. Repeat 10-12 times.
Bring your Magic circle to mat class! Teaser 3 with Circle between hands for a lean waist all summer: Begin laying flat on the mat with your arms reaching long over your head. Place your circle between your hands with your finger tips long. Gently squeezing your Circle between your hands, inhale to float your torso and legs off the mat to a “V” shape. Hold for 3 counts and exhale to lengthen back long on your mat. Repeat 5 – 7 times. Breeze through these three exercises 3-4 times a week and you will surely turn heads this bathing suit season!
