Most of us have a love/hate relationship with our abs. We love noticing defined results, but ab routines can be TOUGH. Luckily most ab workouts can be shortened without sacrificing our results. When I do an ab focused routine, such as the 15 minute Ab Lab class at Equinox, during the class I feel the struggle, but I continuously think about the end result to get me through. Aside from the end result, super upbeat music with a defined tempo really gets me through. I do a much better job working out when I have a beat I can keep up with. Here are some tracks to try out next time you focus on your core. The challenge: stay on beat!
