If there’s anything I’ve learned being a new mama, it’s how to go with the flow… and survive in organized chaos. These cookies are the best “go with the flow” kind of cookies- not only do they only involve 3 ingredients, but you can interchange the ingredients based on what you have on hand! Plus, you can whip them up in a cinch- perfect for last minute guests!
“Go with the Flow” Nut Butter Cookies (Dairy and Gluten Free)
1 cup sugar*
1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, sunflower seeds, cashew, or a combo!)
Preheat your oven to 350*.
Mix your sugar, peanut butter, and egg in a bowl.
Bake for 10 minutes and let cool. Enjoy with a big glass of homemade cashew milk. J
*Any sugar will work here, I personally love the texture turbinado or raw sugar adds to the cookies.
Coconut sugar also adds an amazing carmel-y flavor!
**If you are vegan, a flax seed egg will also work. Most of the time, I also add a handful of whatever chocolate chips I have on hand, my current personal favorite is adding white chocolate chips. You can also add cinnamon, and/or vanilla to change it up! The possibilities are endless with this amazing base!
