Tuesday Treat // Avocado Mango Guacamole
We love using Avocados because they taste great and are rich in monounsaturated fat that is easily burned for energy. They also provide close to 20 essential health-boosting nutrients, including potassium, vitamin E, B-vitamins, and folic acid. Trying to get creative around making guacamole, I decided to use mangoes to sweeten it up a bit.
- 1 large avocado
- ½ large mango
- 1 jalapeno
- handful of cilantro chopped
- ¼ red onion finely diced
- pinch of sea salt
Preparation: This is simple! Mix all the ingredients and you are done!
It's great paired with Terra Vegetable Chips or Plantain Chips
