If you're anything like me, you don't have all of the time in the world for food prep. However, I also refuse to sacrifice nutrition and healthy eats for a very busy schedule. That's why when I can find a recipe that is simple, delicious AND nutritious, I know I have found my perfect balance. This Tuesday treat is more of a treat in the sense that you deserve to start your day off the right way! I highly recommend trying these 2-ingredient "pancakes."
All you need are the following:
> Cage-free egg whites
> Gluten-free rolled oats
Microwave or cook stove top depending on your preference.
The toppings are up to you [I like to top my pancakes with fruit and cinnamon].
Add some organic honey, agave syrup, or cacao chips to sweeten up this little recipe and turn it into a protein-packed dessert!
