When I am craving something sweet, it is a dangerous situation when I do not have total control over the portion size. It seems like baked goods end up making quantities more than I want--such a temptation! That is why I am obsessed with Almond Butter Dip--it is easy to make, I can make as much as I want at the time, and it is one of the healthiest treats I eat! Three simple ingredients make up this dip and the amount you use of each ingredient is totally up to you. I normally use half of the Trader Joes organic non-fat vanilla greek yogurt cup, 2 tablespoons of raw almond butter, 1 tablespoon of honey, and lots of cinnamon! Dip apple slices in this perfect mix and you'll never want to go back to starchy baked goods again.
