We’ve all been there…totally exhausted as we near the end of our workout, that voice in the back of our head encouraging us to give up. That moment when your favorite song comes on and a surge of motivation hits and you’re able to push yourself to that next level. It’s the best feeling to finish your workout strong and in control!
We try to harness that same energy into each of our playlists at Shred415. We work with an incredible Chicago based DJ, Matt Roan, who keeps our beats fresh and our energy through the roof! The key to a killer playlist is to add a bit of a variety, stick to upbeat remixes and stay within a 125-135 BPM (beats per minute) range.
