Try this descending drop set workout the day before you go on a night out on the town. If done properly I promise that you'll being feeling confident, sassy and defined. But wait, what is descending drop set you ask? It's when you perform a tight drop set, so your reps decrease with each set. I bet now you're thinking "well what's a drop set?" Well... It's a technique you perform a set of any exercises to failure or just about.

Drop set 12,9,6,3
- Inchworm to push up to leg pulses (squeeze them glutes)
- Alternating shoulder bridges (24,18,12,6 that's the total sum of each set. Pop those hips! Consistency is key)
- Tricep push down (stabilize that core & stance) Single arm high row ( take control of the weight, don't let it control you.)
