This is seriously a no joke workout… no matter how ‘fit’ or athletic you are, it is a true high intensity, high-calorie burning interval total body workout. It will make you work every inch of your body and breed both physical and performance transformative results. I have to confess.. I have been integrating this workout one time per week, in substitution of a normal HIIT or cardio workout, and I simply cannot believe the results! I am USED to interval exercise, but find myself actually jumping higher, running stronger and moving faster – and that was the unintended bonus! If it’s your first time through or you’re new to this type of exercise (yes, even you crazy endurance athletes) this will give you a run for your money.
FIT TIP: Do you do tons of exercise and cardio and still have a belly? It is a really common thing, and it turns out that it’s not the long cardio that’s going to tighten you up…it’s the high intensity body shocking intervals! Ready to get rid of it? Let’s do it.
What you need:
Just a step, chair or bench
Some good music
Complete 3 Rounds of the following (or 4 if you are superman/woman)
• 10 Burpees
• 15 Step-Ups (Each Leg)
• 20 Barrier Hops
• 30 Oblique Mountain Climbers
• 40 Plie Squat-Ups
