Workout Wednesdays // Run & ...
No gym membership? No excuse! Summer is literally here and we know what that means. Check out this bodyweight workout you can do virtually anywhere. If you don't have a treadmill just head outside and get that fresh air stuff while you are at it! Map out a 2 mile run in a safe area in your neighborhood (mapmyrun.com)....or even head to the local high school track.
Run 2 Miles + ... Run for 2 minutes
20 Push-Ups - [Keep your elbows in and make sure your chest touches the ground. You can modify with knee push-ups]
20 Air Squats - [Be sure to squat below parallel and keep your chest up] Complete this exercise triplet until you have accumulated 2 miles.
