COVID UPDATE
Please note that all carriers may experience delivery delays beyond their normal delivery windows due to covid spikes. If you have difficulty tracking your order, please let us know

GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders placed on Splits59.com are shipped Monday through Friday.  Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST are typically shipped out the same day.  Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST are normally shipped the next business day.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

US Orders under $75 (pretax) - $5.99
US Order over $75 (pretax) - Free Shipping
FedEx 2 Day Air -  Flat Rate for $10. 

Additional Paid Shipping Options include: FedEx Standard Overnight®, FedEx Priority Overnight®, UPS® Ground, UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air®

FedEx 2Day®: Delivery by the end of the second business day. Packages will arrive by 4:30 p.m. to most areas by 8 p.m. to residences. 

FedEx Priority Overnight®: Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon or 4:30 p.m. to residences and some rural areas.

FedEx Standard Overnight®: Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences.

UPS® Ground: 2-5 Business Days

UPS 3 Day Select®: 3 Business days. Delivery by the end of the third business day.

UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 Business days. Delivery by the end of the second business day.

UPS Next Day Air Saver®: 1 Business day. Delivery the next business day between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to commercial addresses and same-day delivery to residential addresses. 

UPS Next Day Air®: 1 Business day. Delivery the next business day, typically arrives at around 10:00 a.m. the next business day. 

  • Pricing for all will vary by weight and destination.

  • Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will be sent via US Mail.

  • Splits59 does not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping labels generated on weekends or holidays will not be picked up by carriers until the following business day.

  • All carrier delivery date options are for weekdays and non-holidays unless otherwise noted. Saturday and Sunday deliveries may not be available.

  • Please provide a secure shipping address to receive deliveries. FedEx, UPS and USPS policy is to leave packages if receiver is not present. Splits59 is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping worldwide via DHL Worldwide Express. You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days or sooner depending on your country. Most orders will ship the same day if placed by 1 pm Pacific Time or on the next business day.

  • Please note shipping times may vary by country and are not guaranteed.

  • Customer is responsible for all local import duties and taxes.

  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

  • Please provide a secure shipping address to receive deliveries. Splits59 is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address. 

To inquire about shipping to countries that are not listed above, please send an email to customerservice@splits59.com.  

DELIVERY SERVICES

  • US Orders under $400 are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation.

  • US Orders over $400 are shipped with signature confirmation at the discretion of Splits59. You may waive this service by contacting customerservice@splits59.com immediately after placing your order.

  • Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, orders can not be reshipped or refunded.

  • Splits59 is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location. The security of the delivery destination is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipments returned to Splits59 as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.

RETURNS POLICY
You’ll be happy to know that returns on US Orders initiated within 15 days of shipping do not require preauthorization.

  1. To initiate your return simply visit splits59.happyreturns.com 

  2. Enter your order number to activate automatic authorization along with a prepaid shipping label.

  3. When dropping off your return with USPS, be sure to get a receipt. This will be your proof of shipping against any misrouted or lost returns.

Please Note: Your return label will expire 2 weeks from the issue date, please mail your return back promptly.  We cannot reauthorize expired returns. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to you. Original shipping is not refundable.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS
We want you to be completely happy with your Splits59.com purchase. Please notify us within 15 days of shipping of any issues or errors with your order. Keep the following eligibility requirements in mind when making your return.

  1. All returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in saleable condition. Please include tags and original packaging.

  2. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products  are not in resalable condition your return will be denied.  The items will be returned to you and return shipping will apply.

  3. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on are listed as “FINAL SALE” unless otherwise noted.

All EBY Underwear items are Final Sale.

Tropic of C Returns:  Items must be unworn in their original condition including tags, polybags and hygiene seals. No exceptions. Please contact customerservice@splits59.com for authorization.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Making a return on an international order is simple. Email customerservice@splits59.com to notify us of your return within 10 days of receipt. Ship your order via a carrier that provides tracking to the address below.

RETAIL PURCHASE RETURNS
Splits59 corporate offices and Splits59.com does not accept returns of items purchased at retail locations for any reason. All returns must be made at the retail store where the garment was originally purchased. The return policy of the retailer will apply.

EXCHANGES
You may initiate an exchange through our returns portal: splits59.happyreturns.com 
Once your return is received your exchange order will be shipped out.

If you need to receive an exchange order sooner, please initiate your return as a refund, and then place a new order at splits59.com. 

We will process the returned items according to our normal return policy. Due to heavy shipping and increased COVID safety measures, please allow our staff up to 15 business days for processing returns and refunds. If you need expedited return processing please notify us at customerservice@splits59.com
