My first Splits59 order has been extremely disappointing. On January 5, 2026, I purchased six items, but when the package arrived, none of the items matched my order, and the packing slip belonged to a different customer. After several emails, I was finally asked to return the incorrect items, which I did, and I was told my correct order would be shipped. It never was. I’ve since followed up multiple times and have not received a response. This has been an incredibly unprofessional experience and, unfortunately, the worst customer service I’ve ever had with a company.
