ELIGIBLE ITEMS

We want you to be completely happy with your Splits59.com purchase. Keep the following eligibility requirements in mind when making your return.

  1. All returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in saleable condition with tags attached. If possible, product should be in the original polybag.
  2. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products 
    are not in resalable condition your return will be denied.  The items will be 
    returned to you and return shipping will apply.
  3. We do not accept returns on items that are marked as “FINAL SALE” unless otherwise noted.

We want every garment to be perfect when you wear it. Please inspect your purchase promptly upon receipt before removing tags. Let us know immediately if there are any imperfections so we can make it right!

    RETURNS POLICY

    You’ll be happy to know that returns on US Orders initiated within 30 days of shipment do not require preauthorization.

    1. Visit splits59.returnly.com to initiate your return.
    2. Enter your order number to activate automatic authorization along with a prepaid shipping label.
    Please Note: Your return label will expire 30 Days from the date the order was shipped.  We cannot accept the return after that time. Free return shipping is available for US orders only. 


    Original shipping is not refundable. 

    INSTANT REFUND POLICY

    Splits59 is happy to offer Instant Refund Gift Vouchers on most US purchases. When you initiate your return you will receive an auto-generated Instant Refund gift card code for the value of your return. You can use this code to make a new purchase right away. 

    If you do not use the Instant Refund code, we will refund your original form of purchase upon processing your return. 

    • Splits59 may refund the return to a gift card for returns initiated outside the return window.
    • If you use the Instant Refund please be sure to send back the unwanted items promptly. You will receive an invoice for un-returned items. 
    • Please be sure all returned goods are in accordance with our return eligibility requirements. In eligible items will be returned to you and you may be invoiced for them. 

     

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    Making a return on an international order is simple. Ship your order via a carrier that provides tracking to the address below.

    RETAIL PURCHASE RETURNS
    Splits59 corporate offices and Splits59.com does not accept returns of items purchased at retail locations for any reason. All returns must be made at the retail store where the garment was originally purchased. The return policy of the retailer will apply.

    To ensure that you receive your new items as quickly as possible, please place a new order at splits59.com.
