HOTEL & TEMPORARY DESTINATIONS
Splits59 discourages shipping to Hotels, AirB&B and other temporary destinations. If you are planning to travel, please place your order at least 2 weeks before your travel date. If you are unable to do so, we invite you to shop with us upon your return. Orders shipped to hotels and temporary destinations cannot be refunded if they are lost after being delivered.

STOLEN/UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, orders cannot be reshipped or refunded. Splits59 is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location. The security of the delivery destination is the sole responsibility of the buyer. You can opt for shipping protection at checkout for an additional fee. If you do not have a secure residential delivery address, we recommend shipping to alternate address such as a business or mailbox service. Shipments returned to Splits59 as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.
