I love these, and I wasn't sure what size to order I am normally an XS in sweatpants such as Alo yoga - however I buy a size small in the leggings with Splits so thought the track pants probably ran more TTS or smaller. (I may be in between sizes with this brand) I went with the small and they are slightly too large for me in the waist. I make it work by rolling them but if I buy another pair in a different color I will try the XS. You can dress these up or down, really love them just wish I had went with the XS.
