WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE?
I wake up around 6:30, pray, prepare my warm water with lemon, ginger, and shilajit. Then I make my daughters' breakfast, take them to school, do yoga or Pilates, and start my workday.

Yoga, walking, Pilates, and dancing.
WHAT IS YOUR PRE + POST WORKOUT BEAUTY ROUTINE?
Pre: I add electrolytes and creatine to my water.
Post: I make a protein smoothie and take my amino acid tablets.
