You sent the wrong pants

"You sent the wrong pants and when i said I needed the correct pants asap for a trip and wasn't able to send a picture of the wrong pants because I was at work. The agent rudely said they couldn't help me. Could have sent another pair overnight and I could have returned the wrong ones - that I had for 1 day. Instead, they were rude, unhelpful and I still have the wrong pants and needed to buy another pair from L. L. Lemon where they were very helpful and when i explained the situation - gave me a discount. Won't be shopping here again and will make sure I get refunded."
