DO YOU HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE? WHAT ARE THE STEPS?
I get up early enough to give myself plenty of time to gracefully ease into the day, giving my not-so-morning-person self the time I need to transform into a functioning person. My day always begins with coffee. I've been on a big Nespresso kick as of late. After summoning the caffeine powers, I take time to go over my schedule for the day and make sure I'm prepared for clients. A quick shower, a touch of makeup magic (loving Ilia Beauty's skin tint with spf) and taming the hair follow suit. For breakfast I typically have greek yogurt and berries. Next, I make sure the house is picked up as I have local Kansas City clients that come to my home studio for reformer training in the mornings. I also love taking a ten minute walk outside to get into the right headspace before starting the day.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
Ballet will always be my first love. Pilates is a close runner up! Followed by outdoor walks. I spend a lot of time training clients virtually so I love taking breaks outside to enjoy the fresh air.
