Yes, it's called survival! As the mom of a one year old, every day still feels a little chaotic but 2x a week I make an early pilates date. It forces me to get out of the house and move my body before the baby takes over my entire day! The days of a warm cup of coffee and perusing the NYTs style section are long gone - for now!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
Classical pilates as often as possible.... and dancing with friends. Preferably on a beach till sunrise. I really miss those days!
