I start every morning with a coffee I make with my Nespresso—non-negotiable. Then it’s straight into skincare: a full double cleanse to wake up my face, followed by my go-to skincare products. My finance job keeps me busy, so before diving into the day, I take two laps around my block, facing the sun to support my circadian rhythm and get my energy flowing.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
Boxing! I train at Trinity Boxing on Melrose with Nikole, who’s incredible. I also love walking—it’s underrated but always grounds me.
WHAT IS YOUR PRE- AND POST- WORKOUT BEAUTY ROUTINE?
Pre-workout, I keep it simple—clean skin, no makeup. After a boxing session, the first thing I do is cleanse my boxing gloves. Then I go in full haircare and skincare, always using an antimicrobial face wash (I love Hibiclens). Saltair deodorant is a must pre and post-workout—clean and effective.
