We design our pieces with a close-to-the-body, supportive fit that’s meant to feel sculpting and streamlined. Because of that, many customers find our styles run slightly on the smaller side compared to other activewear brands. We recommend choosing the size that feels most comfortable for how you like to move. Some prefer a more compressive, held-in feel, while others size up for a more relaxed fit. Our goal is to create pieces that work for a range of bodies and preferences, so you can find the fit that feels best for you, whether you’re in the studio, traveling, or out and about.

We approach fabric as the foundation of everything we design, it’s where performance, comfort, and style all come together. Our signature materials are built around lightweight, high-stretch blends (most commonly nylon and spandex) that are engineered to move with you while maintaining shape and support . We focus on creating fabrics that feel incredibly soft against the skin often described as a “second skin” sensation while still delivering technical performance like moisture-wicking and quick-dry functionality .

Our Airweight fabric is a perfect example of this philosophy: it’s ultra-light, breathable, and designed to feel almost invisible on the body, making it ideal for studio workouts and all-day wear . At the same time, we develop variations like ribbed textures and slightly more structured performance jerseys to offer different levels of support, stretch, and visual interest so you can choose what feels best for how you move and how you want to look . Across the board, our goal is to create fabrics that don’t just perform during a workout but elevate how you feel wearing them throughout your day—whether you’re in motion, traveling, or out and about.

  • Wash inside out to prevent pilling and keep the smooth finish
  • Wash in cold water.  Hot water will fade color over time
  • Wash in a delicate cycle
  • Do not use bleach
  • Tumble dry on low or hand dry

In most cases, we are not able to cancel or update an order due to the high volume of orders we receive. However, please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations you would like to make.

After your order is prepared for shipping, we will send you an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order. Once the carrier is in possession of your order, it is consider shipped. Carriers typically scan the shipments within 24 hours of pickup. You will also receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Yes. We now ship worldwide via Global-E.

You can use your FedEx, USPS, UPS or Global-E tracking number to track your order. Please contact carriers directly regarding delays or delivery issues. If you do not know your tracking number, please email: customerservice@splits59.com and we can provide it for you.

Yes. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. In the rare case that a product is defective, please notify customerservice@splits59.com within 15 days of the date of purchase so we can start the process for you. We reserve the right to determine whether or not the product has a manufacturing defect.

Enter the email address associated with your order and follow the instructions to download your prepaid return label.  Once you initiate your return you will also have the option to make an exchange. Your exchange order will ship out once your return is received, provided inventory is available. All tags and tear away labels  must remain on the returned garment to be eligible for returns. Returns without tags or tear away size labels will be denied. Please return garment in original polybag. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange. 

Exchange orders are not shipped immediately. If you need to receive a replacement item quickly, please initiate a return and make a new purchase instead.

Absolutely! Just email customerservice@splits59.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to repurchase.

Tip #1: Avoid heat. Wash in cold water with mild detergent. Use the “air dry” setting on your dryer or lay it flat to dry. If you must use heat, select the lowest heat setting possible. Never iron garments with mesh or special prints.

Tip #2: Wash with like pieces. If possible avoid mixing non-performance fabrics (i.e. jeans, sweaters, towels, etc.) with your performance pieces. Non-performance fabrics can be abrasive or release additional fibers that will damage your workout clothes. If separate loads are not possible, try turning your Splits59 pieces inside out. Better yet, wash them inside a lingerie bag to protect them from abrasive fabrics.

Trynow is our partnered try on program, which allows 5 days upon delivery date to decide if you would like to keep the item. When you check out, TryNow places an authorization hold on your card to ensure the funds are available if you decide to keep everything. This is similar to the hold placed on your card when you get gas or check into a hotel. Once your trial ends, you’re only charged for what you keep. If you return everything, the authorization drops off completely. Over drafting typically isn’t an issue, but you should check with your bank regarding its specific hold and overdraft practices. TryNow is only available for U.S orders and can only be returned for refund, cannot be exchanged for different sizes or styles.

Please note, if the return is in route back to us after your trial ends you will be charged the full amount. Rest assured a refund will be issued once your return is processed by our team. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank. During times of high volume sale, returns may take an extra few days to be processed.

When our most popular styles are sold out, you are able to purchase them ahead of our restock drop! We offer pre orders with a provided estimation shipping window, and Customers can cancel for a full refund anytime before shipping by using your order confirmation information. Shipping Protection by Insureshield is an optional insurance for domestic orders, covering loss, missing items, theft, or damage done in transit. Please wait five business days for possible carrier delays or mis-scans. If your package still hasn’t arrived and you have opted for Shipping Protection you can file a claim through our online portal, and we’ll resolve it quickly for you. This must be filed no later than 15 days after the marked delivery date.
