Shipping & Returns


Orders placed on Splits59.com are shipped Monday through Friday.  Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST are typically shipped out the same day.  Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST are normally shipped the next business day.

We offer four UPS shipping options in the Continental US:

  1. UPS GROUND (2-7 business days)
    $10 Flat Rate OR FREE with $150 Order
    Order must be placed before 12:00 PT.
  1. 2ND DAY AIR
   Order must be placed before 12:00 PT.
   Order must be placed before 12:00 PT.

  • US orders over $100 qualify for free UPS Ground.
  • Orders under $100 are $10 flat rate for UPS Ground.
  • Pricing for all other options will vary by weight and destination.
  • Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will be sent via US Mail.
  • Splits59 does not ship on weekends or holidays.


We currently offer shipping worldwide.

We offer two International shipping options via USPS.

  1. International First Class Mail – (delivery time varies) – $25
    Please pay duties/taxes upon request to your home country to ensure prompt delivery. (Available for orders under 4lbs and with a prediscount value of $400 or less)

Includes Delivery Confirmation.

  1. International Priority Mail –  (6-10 business days)
    Please pay duties/taxes upon request to your home country to ensure prompt delivery.

Includes tracking and Delivery Confirmation, Price varies.

  • *Note International First Class shipping is not available for orders over 4lbs or $400.
  • Please note shipping times may vary by country and are not guaranteed.
  • Customer is responsible for all local import duties and taxes.
  • Free shipping with $100 does not apply to international orders.

  • US Orders under $300 are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation.
  • US Orders over $300 are shipped with signature confirmation. You may waive this service by contacting customerservice@splits59.com immediately after placing your order.
  • Once delivery is confirmed, orders can not be reshipped or refunded. Splits59 is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location.
  • Shipments returned to Splits59 as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.


We want you to be completely happy with your Splits59.com purchase. Keep the following eligibility requirements in mind when making your return.

  1. All returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in saleable condition. All tags must be attached and all original packaging included.
  2. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products 
    are not in resalable condition your return will be denied.  The items will be 
    returned to you and return shipping will apply.
  3. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale, discounted with promotional codes of 30% or more, or items that are marked as “FINAL SALE” unless otherwise noted.

You’ll be happy to know that returns on US Orders initiated within 30 days of shipment do not require preauthorization.

  2. Enter your order number to activate automatic authorization along with a prepaid shipping label.
Please Note: Your return label will expire 30 Days from the date the order was shipped.  We cannot accept the return after that time. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to you.

Original shipping is not refundable.

Making a return on an international order is simple.

  1. To initiate your return simply visit splits59.returnly.com
  2. Enter your order number to activate automatic authorization.
  3. Ship your order via a carrier that provides tracking to the address below.

Original shipping is not refundable.

Splits59 corporate offices and Splits59.com does not accept returns of items purchased at retail locations for any reason. All returns must be made at the retail store where the garment was originally purchased. The return policy of the retailer will apply.

To ensure that you receive your new items as quickly as possible, please place a new order at splits59.com.
