Good Shirt But

"It’s frustrating because I love this brand in terms of quality but there is evidently no customer service team, they didn’t respond to multiple emails and social media DMs. Had a very easily fixable situation with a gift and was completely ignored, costing me time and money. I’ve bought quite a few things from them and recommended them to people but have no plans to do so moving forward if they don’t address this. Too bad as I really do like their products."
