Runs small and they denied my return. Don’t shop with this brand

"I got this set in small , and their sizing is way too small. I am usually a small in other brands . My first time buying from Split59. I decided to return this set as they don’t offer exchange . The warehouse denied my return saying there are signs of it being worn . Are you kidding me ? What signs ?? They have not even been used besides trying it on for like 5 seconds . All tags and original packaging was in tact. In fact the warehouse sent it back and it has some dirt on it which was not there when I sent it back . When they unpack your returns they are clearly NOT doing a good job of keeping them in a clean area so when it’s checked they get denied . In this day and age , brands that don’t trust their customers lose that customer for good. You just lost a high value customer for denying a return that was done in good faith ."
