The agent rudely said they couldn't help me. Could have sent another pair overnight and I could have returned the wrong ones - that I had for 1 day. Instead, they were rude, unhelpful and I still have the wrong pants and needed to buy another pair from L. L. Lemon where they were very helpful and when i explained the situation - gave me a discount. Won't be shopping here again and will make sure I get refunded."
